Terms and Conditions

Please read all the details of the booking below. By paying your Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable booking deposit for any of my services, you agree to these terms.

Booking terms and conditions: A deposit of 50 per cent of the service's value is required to secure any appointment with Rita. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The booking is only guaranteed once the deposit has been paid. All requests for an appointment have a 24-hour deadline for payment, after which the day and time will become available again if payment has not been made. The down payment is deducted from the final price of the service.

Bridal Bookings:   All bridal quotes must be paid by the day of the wedding; otherwise, the service will not be guaranteed on the big day. For all bridal services, it is compulsory to sign a contract with all the terms and conditions and everything included in the service for the protection of both the bride and the makeup artist.  

For cancellations or date changes, please read the conditions below

  -Booking Fee and Cancellation Policy:

All booking fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your service, the deposit paid will not be refunded, apart from a few exceptions, which will be assessed according to the specific situation and justification.   -Cancellation and rescheduling:   In the event of cancellation or need to reschedule, a new deposit will be required to guarantee the new date and time. The original booking fee will not be transferred to the new booking. In the event of cancellation 48 hours in advance or no-show, the final price of the service will be charged in full.   -Exceptions: We can only consider rescheduling or transferring the service in exceptional and well-justified situations. Each request will be assessed individually and will be subject to our discretion.

  -Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule, the deposit must be paid again. The new date will be confirmed only after the new payment is confirmed.

  -Communication: All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated 72 hours in advance so that we can accommodate your request.
